I prefer the gallon zip lock bag method. There are videos online but you losten the filter housing and then place the bag up and over the filter and unscrew it and fuel will fall into the gallon bag. Use some shop towels to help clean up the drips on the threads and lower the bag down and work on it out from under the vehicle. Fairly simple really. I didn't spill a drop my first time. Cheers.

The gallon bag is sufficient for must fluid squirts.

For me I like the hard container better than the bag. I use a RainX windshield fluid jug with the top cut off. I've heard of other folks using those plastic coffee containers.

Either a 750 ml or 1 liter plastic pop bottle cut just a bit longer than the canister slides right up there with very little chance of getting caught up on anything.

Always just dripped it into an oil drain pan before unscrewing. Push up on the screw a few times and make sure it has drained a lot.

Now I want to know what you know about prono films that relates to fuel filter removal?
