That is one good-looking pickup. You kept it like a time capsule. Doubt anyone could tell you what it is worth because...
Location - Where you are located may give some an idea of local interest. Downtown of a major northern city would probably bring far less than the truck-loving areas of Texas.
Knowledge - There are some with the knowledge of Ecodiesel history. to touch an early one might mean some form of deletion and programming to help with reliability. Is this stock, have recalls and updates? You might have to find someone who believes all diesels are lifetime lasting and only know that to get a big dollar.
There are surely other factors but my guess is the $13-15k book value will not help. The pickup is already 8 years old and long out of warranty. For some, paying a premium for that would not be considered. Start advertising for any "pie in the sky" price you desire. You never know.

Beautiful truck but the used market is collapsing more and more every day …12 months ago you would’ve got top dollar for that but with the rising interest rates and excess inventory levels you’re not gonna see anywhere what you likely want for it

I've been searching for regular cab EcoDiesels. I've found three for $12,000 - $15,000 with about 100,000 - 120,000 miles on them. I haven't pulled the trigger yet as I haven't found the right one for me, but I was a little surprised by how cheap these trucks have gotten in the last three months I've been looking.

I guess it’s area dependent. We’re flooded with new and used vehicles where I am.
Both new and used sales are down 50% and pricing on both are dropping weekly

Yeah, the party‘s over.
Like I said, interest rates are up inventory levels are up and sales are down
Add in the eco-diesel boogeyman and it’s going to be a tough sale I believe.

I watched the truck below go from $16,000 to $14,000 in 4 months while it sat on the lot. I don't know what it sold for. Had it not been in the rustbelt, I would have bought it. The dealer sent me pictures of the underside, and it didn't look pretty. The outside and inside looked good, though.
Household debts are at an all-time high, credit card balances are at an all-time high, banks are collapsing, and inflation is still out of control. Trucks will always hold their value to a certain point, but I agree that the used car market is looking better and better for the buyer, not the seller.

Any vehicle is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it; estimated values are just that.

Regular cabs must have been a miniscule fraction of production. I just scanned FB Marketplace for one with ED and didn't see any, although I couldn't tell from about half of the lead photos. I finally saw one---and it's a gasser at a HEFTY price! That's a couple thousand more than I got for my CC ED with 10K fewer miles on it!! They must think regular cabs deserve a premium.
