So far so good. The third gen eco holds 8th gear much better than my 2014 did. Very little wondering even pulling hills. Not sure if that is because of the 3.92 vs 3.55 or better transmission mapping. Not as quick as the 2017 with the Hemi, but that one had 3.21 gears and shifted down way more on hills. I will have a little better idea on towing this spring when i hook it to my 8000lb travel trailer.. for now it is a very nice driving truck. I don't miss the hemi at all yet. The fuel economy is staying over 20MPG with a mix of driving where my hemi was at 15-16.5. The high idle when it is cold is very nice also. Warms the truck up quickly. Very pleased so far.

Congrat's on the new truck! It's a looker for sure! I'm loving my 2020 gen-3 and agree that it's a step-up both in design & drivability from my '14 ED.

I hope you have many good trouble free miles with the new ride!
