No issues with the new engine started in 2019 except for the original use of the CP4 pump. That was stopped in 2021 and the 2019 and 2020's are having them changed. My 2019 was changed out about a month ago. No motor or emissions issues in the 50,000 miles on mine.

Many of the new engines have long surpassed the 200,000 mile mark. No major issues reported. Actually the older engine models (2018 and older) have had issues with the transmission. My son ha one and in addition to a transmission re-build he had emission issues cured by a full delete.

I would want the new, more powerful, quiet, no valve adjustment motor over the 2018's and earlier. No issues.

Never heard of a seat breaking on the new trucks. Now trying to figure out what cheap parts are in the interior. Sure looks and feels the same as my 2014 Ecodiesel and way better inside than my old 2004 Cummins. Now I'm not interested in electronic gadgets and high-tech trinkets. I want to travel from point A to point B and back. That is what is important to me.

Starting to think that if you look for trouble you just may find it.
