Truck went from driving great to Low Oil Pressure on dash, went thru screen and found 17psi oil, let up throttle to find safe area to pull over off 4 lane, by time I got on shoulder engine quit and I coasted to stop, got out and checked and oil is full, so tow to dealer.
Sucks as it was a great driving truck

It's not easy to install a new engine and have everything perfect the first go around. I'm glad your back in business.
Well had oil change done at dealer plus fuel filter, service said I had 3 recalls, 2 software which will get done the 26th, then it sounds like mine falls under the fuel pump recall too, told him to check close as it is a New engine, said it will be early 2023 before parts show up, my poor pickup

6500 miles on new warranty engine and it runs great, now got the recall for fuel pump, dealer has no idea when he can get parts.

I asked my dealer about the fuel pump recall on my 2021 and they said they are getting one pump every other week. Right now I'd be out 28 weeks once added to the list.
Honestly I just want to know what exactly they are changing with the new fuel pump. The pump issue was the last straw for me, I've had no problems so far on my 2022 but I am already looking into 4 different mid-size trucks to downsize into. Not worth it anymore long term for me. Especially when new inline gas engines are getting more hp and close to the same torque as the light duty diesel. Want that peace of mind back.
The new twin turbo seems like it has some pep.........

As much as I have a soft spot for in line 6 engines I have serious doubts that Stellantis will be able to pull this off. Definitely not putting any of my money out there for a while. If the Wards Engine of the Year (VM 3.0 eco d) several years running is any indication I will take my time!

I agree. Best to wait. But propelling a 3+ ton rig to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds is fairly impressive. I wonder what it will do in a Wrangler……
We do like our 2 ecos, 1-2020 Ran and a 2022 Wrangler eco, also have a 2022 Ram 6.7 Cummins, but we did just buy a New Gasser for the Summer, 22 Scatpack Widebody T/A

Very nice! This car is on my bucket list :)

Manual or automatic?
Auto on it, had the T/A outlined in red and the 392 changed to red also, both were satin black and didn't stand out, dealer agreed and got it done before they delivered to our house, went from truck to garage till spring

Are manual transmissions even available any more?
Yes they are available on scatpack and on 2023 they made a option for the hellcat too,

very nice and I'd love to have one (y) and love the color scheme, but the only car really on my "bucket list" is an AC Cobra (kit, most likely Factory 5)

That would be my dream, but in silver or blue. I'm the guy that sold my Classic ED because it was white--well, maybe there were a few other reasons! However, a guy let me sit in his Cobra in Deadwood last year and I could barely get in and out--partly because I couldn't lean on the door at all. Fifty some years ago, my first car was a Bugeye Sprite and people would watch to see if I could get my (then) 6' 4" frame contorted enough to get in. Mind you, if someone gives me a Cobra, or even gives me a ride in one, I'll do whatever it takes to get my aged body in!
