This is going to sound crazy, but does anyone know if after market airbags, like the Air Lift, can be installed on a truck with the 4-corner suspension?

why? The reason people add Air Lift airbags is to firm up the rear end of the truck for towing/hauling. They would also interfere with the operation of the factory air suspension.

I told you it would sound crazy. And I can't give you any good reasons, but I could give you quite a few bad ones...

Anyway, from a purely mechanical basis, air bags would fit underneath there wouldn't they?

Most of the helper airbag kits mount where the bump stop is.
Airbags would definitely hinder when you tried to lower the truck to the Entry/Exit mode.

On the trucks with the conventional suspension do supplemental airbags affect the ride when in the deflated state?

Are they proving lift or suspension stiffness even when deflated?
