My '15 has been in the shop for a week and waiting on some sticker or decal they need to complete the recall. Still no update on when they are going to receive the part. Any one else in this same boat?

Their holding your truck just because of the sticker end of it. I'd ask if you can take the truck and bring it back to put it on when they get a supply of them. That seems ridiculous.

They would love for me to come get it, but then the truck still isn't done and I have to make another trip to the dealer... Just ridiculous for a sticker. Also no sticker no money and no starting the process to get the money.

Just called and they are going to escalate it to a parts specialist for a call back. We shall see...

I’ve never had a vehicle in which it was this difficult to get parts for. I had to wait a week for the dealer to get a sensor in

You do not have to get the AEM done before filing. I would actually wait about 60 days right now to get the AEM after filing.

I submitted my claim in Mid-May and it took 92 days to receive the offer letter. I called my local dealer and they refused to schedule an appointment. They stated they only do so many recalls per month and I need to get on a list. I then called a 2nd dealership and was told they weren’t accepting any diesel related recalls till after Thanksgiving. The next closest dealership is over half an hour away. Decided to call then anyways and they acted like they never heard of the recall. Seems like dealerships in the Cleveland area don’t want to deal with this.

Call the settlement office and tell them what's going on.

It's a court order. They cannot legally refuse to do the work.
