Mine has green tips and didn't have any additional charge from dealer. It had to come that way from the factory as it got off the truck and they didn't even have time for prep before I saw it. In even less time after it arrived, my salesman had sent me a pic and it has green tips in the pic.

Tony, yes it is possible they did it before he shot that pic. I just found it unlikely due to timing. I go back to the stealer in couple weeks and will pay attention to other vehicles on the lot just for grins.
