I have just had the Chrysler dealer print out my build sheet and in the options section I find a code YHEA which states 3.8 additional gals of diesel. I know it has a 26 gal tank so what does this mean? Just curious

That means the truck is shipped from the factory with 3.8 gal of fuel in the tank

That amount of fuel is necessary for the truck to move under its own power from the assembly line, to the storage lot, to the train or other delivery method, and eventually to the dealer's lot. It is then normal for the dealer to fill it up when it's deliver to you - the buyer.
