I am interested.
Just ordered my truck this weekend so due mid to late may and I was planning on getting extended warranty.
I am located in NB, hopefully that wont cause any problems.
My dealer wants to charge $4K for the 7yr/160k + a $200 diesel surcharge, so anything cheaper would be great.

That's got me thinking, wondering if these trucks have a seperate "hidden" emissions warranty that people used to talk about.

Apparently cost on 5yr gold is around $1300 and the gold plus cost me $2650 as it includes more and oil changes every 6mos or 10,000 km

Looks like we are about 20 trucks so we should be able to drive a decent deal. Like I mentioned earlier, my truck has been built and is on a train some place between Michigan and Calgary. Dealer say should be delivered around the 27th. Once I take delivery I will work on a potential group buy with several dealers hopefully bidding on the chance to get 20 extended warranties.

Need to look at the paper work. I payed $200 over dealer invoice on the max care warranty (8 year 12k miles). It was in the 1900`s US.

I am new to the forum and i am interested as well. I live in Manitoba,and have a longhorn ED on order. Won't take delivery until late May or early June though. If i miss out on the group purchase,because my truck is not in, i hope the price you all receive gets posted. I do recall reading on a thread, that someone paid $1900 for the 7/160k warranty in Canada with an employee discount.

My friend does the financing for ram and I'm sure if I aproached him with 5-10 people he would dump the price.

Count me in as well. I got the 5yr/100k extended included at time of purchase but wouldn't mind the extra 2yr/60k on top of that since I'd like to keep this truck longer-term.

Looks like we are around 20 -25 trucks. potentially more. I should receive my truck at the end of the moth. It is currently on a train in Minnesota.

Once it arrives I will start the process going out to market to which dealer wants to play ball. I will concentrate in Alberta as there is no Sales Tax. Other provinces are /may tax extended warranties This along will save around 10%.

I will keep you all in the loop once I start getting quotes..
