Been having some troubles starting my '15 with 126k km on it. It's fully deleted and tuned. I could crank it forever and it will not start. Battery levels are fine. If I give it a shot of quick start it'll fire up just fine with a rough idle until I drive it a little bit. Fuel filter changed as soon as this started happening.

If I turn it off, it'll struggle to start again. After about an hour of being off it won't start. Priming the pump takes about 20-30 seconds before it kicks off and I hear what sounds like water trickling after maybe 5 seconds.

Where should I start looking? Pic for attention.

Thank you for those links Kazimodo. I have browsed every thread I could find relating to the EcoDiesel and issues starting. I have found there must be a check valve or something not working properly. Upon priming my truck this morning my range kept climbing, which I feel is just emptying the lines and sending fuel back to the tank. My father is a heavy duty mechanic and this was his theory too. For the hell of it I filled the truck up right to the top and this didn't change anything.

Do we know where I can find and inspect the check valves? I can't find any info related online.

I'm only using it if I need the truck, and it doesn't get shut off until it's parked again, otherwise I am using my girlfriend's Mazda. The truck is sitting until I can take it to the shop.

The kind I have is diesel specific so I take a little bit of comfort knowing that.
