2 days after dealer replaced thermostat on '16 ED Tradesman, infotainment screen went nuts, randomly going thru logo, backup camera, black screen. No buttons work. Tried hard and soft resets described on internet w/ no luck. I want to try a hard reboot by pulling its fuse but not found (even "behind battery" as in YouTubes. If I disconnect battery (and use-or not?- OBD memory saver) would it maybe help? Hell of a coincidence after those Yahoos (they accidentally broke coolant reservoir cap) were under the hood.

That U-connect and voice recognition on my '16 has been sh*t since day 1 septmeber 2016. They are poorly designed systems and I use neither.
