Currently having my second issue regarding egr/dpf. Looking to delete the truck to not have the headache of these problems anymore. Ive done some research and the only kit that I have found that does both is: 2014-2019 Dodge Ram 3.0L Eco Diesel DPF, EGR Delete Kit (hand held device/exhaust pipe)

From my understanding, I have to send the system away to get flashed. Is there any company that is offering the tunes without having to do this or is this the only way still?

You don't send anything to HDDiesel. You order the kit and use the handheld device to download your stock tune and then download it to you computer to email it to them. They then email you a tune file that you download to the handheld device and then upload to the truck the handheld device. It's super simple and you don't have to remove the ECM from the truck. I have been very pleased with the results I got when I put it in my truck. I would highly recommend HDDiesel. I've had it for about 5 months and have had zero issues.

Does that remove def/egr or just tune it?

It's a full delete. You'll get the tuner and the exhaust pipe that goes from the downpipe to the muffler. The egr kit is sold separate but the tune turns the egr off, so unless there is a problem with your egr cooler, you can wait a little bit before doing the delete kit.

So you order the kit from HDDiesel? I'm not mechanically inclined at all. Will the kit cover the compete delete of ECM and everything related to the def fluid system? What about the exhaust? Any help is so appreciated.

HD Diesel is out of business now. There isn't really a delete for the ECM it is in simple terms as I understand a reprogram to "trick" the ECM into thinking all the smog control is still there. If you're not mechanically inclined at all then you probably need to find someone to do the work for you. There is some removing and installing involved
