DPF Delete

I’ve got a 2016 longhorn with 230K km on it. Warranty work was only a heated def line and a couple left half shafts in the front, and the rear heated seats.
I plowed through a few snow drifts on the way to work last Saturday and got some in the air filter. Within minutes I got the code to service the electronic throttle. I thawed the truck out for 12 hours in the shop with warm air blowing on it. Still same code.
today, I got the 100% full dpf message.
I got it hot, deleted the codes and drove about 50 miles/ 90kms in 6th just to keep it under 3000 rpm. It won’t exceed 3G.
no change. The code reader showed me at EP_1 around 180kpa/ 28psi in the driveway at 2700rpm. Is that normal?
Just debating if I should try a full delete, as they are hard to get in Ontario now, or if I should just hollow out the dpf and call it a day?
if I install an egr delete, can I still run everything else stock?
First thing is check the codes you have a code that is putting you in limp mode not all codes well self clear. Also lots of codes well disable regen without the exact codes it’s impossible to say a delete would even help.
