Pretty sure the GDE uploadable tunes using the programmer cannot be swapped between vehicles as the VINs must match.
However the early bench tuned ECMs by GDE can be swapped by using AlfaOBD to change vins and injector codes.

The device by itself is worth $100 the tunes on it are useless for anything other than the truck there for which is identified by vin.

Sold the truck that's the reason for the sale. This is the updated programmable tune. You can load and remove to ECM as necessary.

As mentioned above, flash tool can be reused but the tune is locked to the VIN of the truck.
