2015 Laramie 2WD
I just submitted the initial claim. With everything being shut down now I don't expect to hear anything soon.
I originally requested 1 check and the website was stuck on hourglass next to settlement check mailed at bottom of list since Jan 28. I chatted via that page on Mar16, requested change to 2 checks. Mar 18 the hour glass disappeared. Check for $3,075 (single check amount if prior owner didn't claim) dated Mar 23 arrived Mar 26. I don't know if something I did flushed the single check out, or if it was just a coincidence. Glad it's all done with after starting this back in Jan 2019I checked the claim this morning and it is in 'Settlement Check Mailed' status. Yay! That went a lot smoother than I expected. Now to see if I actually get the check in about 6 weeks as the website states.
I was never asked about receiving one or two checks, but I didn't start the process until a couple of weeks ago. Maybe they are finally caught up on the previous owner paperwork. The offer letter only listed the $3,075 amount, so the previous owner must not have filed a claim. I'll keep an eye on it and see how it goes.I originally requested 1 check and the website was stuck on hourglass next to settlement check mailed at bottom of list since Jan 28. I had same issue. Dealership service Dept (LAME) did not send the report in. They must send it in not just give you a service tag with AEM showing as complete. I believe it involves hooking up the vehicle. What a nightmare this process is. I submitted my claim on Feb 10, received the letter and had it notarized and retuned on the 11th. The 17th had the flash done and on March 14 submitted the paperwork I received from the dealer showing the AEM was done (dealer didn't give me anything at time of AEM being done). My status still shows that the work wasn't performed. I called and they said they are waiting for the dealer to submit this was done, I explained to them I sent it all in. She looks at all the email correspondence and says, oh you did I'll get this escalated. Anyone else having this issue, or am I missing something??
Just put in the VIN. It say V08 was done but not V07. Would V08 be completed if I brought it in after it came out, bypassing V07 altogether? That's what I'm guessing.Safety is our top priority. View recall information for your Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram or FIAT vehicle, or get reimbursed for recall-related costs.www.mopar.com
change for EN/USA at top left ,
then type in your Vin , and see outstanding and completed recalls .
They secure a sticker for the original AEM - after I had the re-do they did not add another sticker or modify the original. It was placed under the hood near front. The “system” said it was performed and it is on receipt. I still periodically get some lag.Just had V08 done today. Dealer had the truck all day. Had tailgate fix and occupational restraint control done as well. I thought I read here earlier that there would be a sticker attached somewhere under the hood proving the AEM has been done. Can’t find any sticker. Maybe it’s stuck on the ECM, didn’t look. Gonna pay close attention to throttle response and shifting characteristics ,see if there’s any difference.
go to that site and try it , or get more info there ,:I am new and I am wondering if the rebate is for the original owner only. The previous owner never got the AEM done so I am wondering if I can claim the rebate since he didn't. Just wondering, don't want to leave any money on the table. Thanks
