fuel filter housing assembly

I have a 2020 and I had fuel leaking out of one of the sensor housings at the top of the fuel filter housing assembly. Trying to find a diagram to figure out what those wires are. The tan one is the one leaking. Dealership says I need a new fuel filter housing assembly.

if you have a leak, it is not caused by the wires lol. And finding out what those wires do will not fix your leak.

In this case I would trust the dealer and replace the housing.

The insulation on the wiring does appear to be degraded from the fuel, and should probably be replaced. You could cut/splice a new connector on the end, but if you're under warranty the dealer would likely replace the whole harness.
A 2020 , isn't this covered by warranty ???

Unfortunately I am at 46k on mileage. I would post a video but I can’t figure out how. I was just wondering what that plug is to. The full is coming out from around that connector.

then it is the filter housing as they say , leaking in the area where the connector plugs in .
don't look for a wiring diagram , unhook connector a watch the filter housing leak , just try and save the connector if possible after
changing the filter housing , if not look on the net every possible connector exist out there

Not sure but one could be WIF sensor "water in Fuel" and the other Fuel temp sensor ?
You would think there would be an o ring where the sensor base is inserted into the filter body, buts no doubt its not serviceable.
The entire fuel filter housing is covered with fuel residue. How do you know the leak is in the wire connector area? The more probable cause would be at the fuel line connections or possibly the O-ring on the filter canister having some slight seepage.

The first thing I would do is clean the housing completely with something like electrokleen or brakekleen and then watch it closely to see where the source of leak/seepage is at & then go from there. By the look of things, the dealership didn't clean the housing before they condemned it, this might be something as simple as an O-ring replacement.
