I have a 2016 Ecodiesel. Up to date on all ECU flashes with the exception of the U07 which I have told them at each visit not to do. After the AEM (V08) update, I purchased the GDE tune. All was fine until 2 weeks ago and the truck threw a P20EE code (catalyst efficiency is low for bank 1). I took it in this morning for them to look at it. I had re-flashed the factory tune last night to get ready for the visit today. In doing so it erased the code when flashed to the factory tune. So when they looked at it today, they had no clue as to what caused the code. Cost me Just under $80 for them to look at it and tell me nothing was wrong. And oh.....by the way......we flashed that U07 recall for you!!!! Well SON OF A B.......!! I had forgot to tell them early this morning to not flash anything. I'm F....ked on this. They are telling me there is no way to reverse it. Oh well, worse things can happen. So I get home and go to re-flash my GDE tune and DAMN!!!! Now I get an ECU number mismatch and it will not re-flash the GDE tune. There is only one letter difference at the end of the ECU numbers (from a P to a Q). Was this due to the update/flash that they did today? I have not contacted GDE yet. Just got home and it is after 6 PM Central time so don't know if they are still answering emails at this time of the day. I will send them questions about this too. Any input?

I did hear back from GDE. Will have to erase current GDE flash on my flash tool, then rescan the factory tune and send to them. Apparently my dealer not only flashed the U07 (rotary shifter flash) but also the W58 (crank sensor flash). The W58 was not on the paperwork that I got back from them. Not exactly happy with this dealer. They recently were sold to a new group and right away I get screwed. It will cost me $50 for GDE to retune. It would have been that much anyway as the W58 and would have been something that I would have optioned for, just not the U07. When I send in the factory tune for them to reprogram, then will see if I can get them to reverse the U07.

I believe it is under the BCM settings in AlfaOBD, once in there it is under "car configuration change" There are two settings, "VehConfig 3: Auto Park Present" and "Cust.Set.Menu 1: Auto Park CSM Present". I have only changed the "VehConfig 3: Auto Park Present" to "No" and it disabled the AutoPark. I had seen somewhere (Might have been on SFT's facebook) that it is possible to get the menu, so the "Cust.Set.Menu 1: Auto Park CSM Present" may work with the other one turned back on. Would be handy to turn it on and off from the screen in the truck when the wife is driving, just never messed with it beyond turning off the AutoPark so I can stand on the running board backing a trailer if necessary at times.

Sent my rescanned ECU file in at about midnight and they had it back to me at 7AM then next morning. they have a better implementation of the U07. the first time that you open your door in gear then it shifts to park. Shift back into gear and open you door a second time then it does not shift to park. This is a little more work for someone to back up with the door open but serves the original purpose so that the next time a young famous movie star parks on a hill and does not put it in park when he gets out he will not get run over.
