Hello, I stumbled across this forum while searching for some information about my EcoDiesel that I just purchased. I am looking forward to all of the interesting reading that these forums normally provide. I downgraded from a 2013 ram 2500 with the 6.7 cummins. The fuel economy on the 2013 ram was completely ridiculous even after completing all of the exhaust deletes. I also just did not find myself needing a 3/4 ton pick up any more for the things that I do on a regular basis. This new little powerhouse should be a fun ride.

Welcome! There is a lot of good reading here, and good people to help out if you have any questions

You gotta give us more info on your new ride though (and maybe add it to your signature) cause we always like to know what everybody's driving

And pictures, pictures are a must :)

Hi: Jig22... Yes Virginia there is a "Sanity clause". You will get better fuel economy but you also get more maintenance costs as well. You can't skimp on the EcoD's need for it either. Yes pics help too!!! Here we are on the way north off I65 in Alabama, in Feb.

Dieseldragon North shore of Lake Erie.

Welcome Jig
Welcome Jig (y) Also former CTD owner, my decision was strictly related to decrease in towing demands, I like my Eco, but I will admit I miss the 2500's simply because of the available torque, that said the Eco does good with what I have towed (max about <8k) and the fuel mileage has been great for a 1/2 P/U, creature comforts are nice, this is the place to learn everything you'd need to know for your new truck, when you get a chance tell us about the "new" to you truck;)
