Hi Everyone,

We would like to introduce ourselves and explain to you all what we do and how we operate within FCA. As Ram Social Care Specialists, we are a part of the Customer Care Team and we work in tandem with our dealerships and internal teams to assist you with your concerns. Our team will be monitoring forum threads to keep an eye out for your concerns and proactively reaching out to offer support. The best way to reach us is by sending us a private message or tagging us in a post. This thread was created solely to introduce ourselves and we ask that you post on threads that pertain to your specific concern.

We offer support regarding vehicle concerns, so if you have inquiries regarding marketing materials, options, or accessories, we will most likely refer you to your servicing Ram dealer.

Welcome to forum! Good to have you here, there have been a few times that members could use a hand dealing with their vehicles. Starting to get a bunch of new members that own the Gen3 EcoDiesel.

So nice to have you around , Welcome ,
there is another Ram site where I rarely go , but noticed someone just like you on that site
that gave good advice , and links or contacts to people who could help with troubles ,
something I felt was a huge bonus on that site ,
so it is very nice to see you appear here ...
Ram Cares , will this proposed help extend to the Canadian part of FCA , or just USA FCA ???

Welcome. We are glad you are here and think this is a great thing Ram is doing that will help with its continued success. Should prove to be a valuable service for both Ram & it’s owners. The good folks at Fiat cares must have finally shamed FCA into doing this, lol. We have had those nice people in our Spider124 forum for a while, and they are very helpful.

Public relations issues sure can sway purchase or future usage of the products. Hope you are both here and useful to both the customers and FCA.

Welcome. First thing you can do is get all the checks sent out to owners who have had the AEM done and waiting for a very long time! Especially the 2nd check.
