My 2016 Big Horn Crew Cab has two black nylon straps or pulls that I cannot figure out. Each one is located on top of the back seat right behind each headrest. Does anyone know what they are for or what they do?

I'll tell you what they are good for. You can take apart the sizing band from your Ecodiesel hat or Pittsburgh Steeler hat and thread it through the loops. Then the hat just sits there until it's time to use.
