My 2016 Big Horn Crew Cab has two black nylon straps or pulls that I cannot figure out. Each one is located on top of the back seat right behind each headrest. Does anyone know what they are for or what they do?

Yup, this truck is great for kids, tons of room back there for them. These are not the best anchor points though. You actually feed the child seat strap through the loop and over to the centre seat loop. (As per the manual) My other vehicles have had a more secure metal anchor on the back of the seat. I realize the seats don't go down, so they had to think of something...it just seems a little Mickey Mouse.

Correct. That's the lower anchors. When you put in a forward facing seat, there is a strap that goes over the top of the seat. In our trucks, it goes through the loops and feeds over the oth centre strap. In other cars there's a third anchor behind the seat for that strap.
