The issue seems to be that my browser isn't playing well with the settlement website... what's happening is that it kicks me off the site mid-process or does not allow uploads. Using Chrome. Finally got thru to a rep who suggested using Internet Explorer?
Hopefully that's a good suggestion.

Microsoft Edge will play well with the settlement site, I sent all 8 offer documents in one 3.028MB PDF without a problem.

When I registered they sent me an email with the documents I needed to sign. In that email they stated that I could go to the website and upload, OR I could reply to this email and attach the documents. I chose the email and it took 7 business days for them to update the website as complete. I chose the email route because of the problems reported using the website.

I keep getting the email with the offer letter and that I need to sign and notarize it then reply to email or snail mail, three times so far. I've replied to the email each time with the signed and notarized documents. Seems like nobody is checking that email or maybe it is bogged down.

KCZ, I am in the same boat. Submitting all signed documents 3 weeks ago and have gotten 2 emails stating I need to send signed documents in still. I called last week and they said everything was there and that they would put a note in my file for the case manager or what ever they call them. I am into my 5th month of waiting for my check. All time frames that FCA has put out have been three times longer then stated. My guess is that they are only going to send a certain amount of checks out per month.

Ya took a while for all my documents to show....I had to call and speak to a human before I got mine figured out.
2 months later, check in the bank, waiting for the next catastrophic failure!

Initial docs acknowledged on May 14. Check arrived today. Four months total (well, two days shy of four months).

Still waiting with the website showing docs yet to be received......even though they have been submitted first by mail on 6/3 and then multiple times via email AND FAX. Nothing seems to work.

This entire process has been a complete joke.

I submitted my claim via email on May 14, 2019. I had the AEM completed on my truck on June 3rd, 2019.

I finally received an email from FCA saying they "have reviewed my claim and determined that I am eligible" along with offer letter and package that needs notarized on AUGUST 13TH, 2019! It took them 3 MONTHS to even look at my claim. Sad.

I had the package notarized and submitted everything via email the same day, August 13th, 2019.

I then received 2 different emails dated August 23rd, and then September 1st stating they had not received my signed, notarized document packet yet lol. This is the same company that is building your trucks? I ended up calling them a few times on different days with them admitting their system is a train wreck essentially.

Then received another email on September 10th, stating that they had received my notarized packet, but according to their records, I had not had the AEM installed on my truck. As stated earlier, it was installed on June 3rd, over 3 months prior to getting this email.

Called again and was told again their systems is a train wreck.

My claim now says Settlement check being processed.

last week I finally received an email with the forms to sign and notarize. Emailed the forms back and received the same notice that the AEM wasn't performed yet. Called the dealer (AEM was done May 2019 along with the engine fire repairs) and asked what the K-Pas? Dealer tells me it's in the system. Called FCA back and asked them if it's in the system how come they can't locate it? Evidently there is a SNAFU with the notification emails that are going out. It's a canned message that doesn't take into consideration the AEM is complete. Supposedly they are working on it.
I should have my check in a few weeks.

This has been going on for months, FCA is a mess, they cant even fix their own email system, minutes after receiving that email telling me that AEM was not completed I receive a second email telling me to disregard the previous email. I had AEM completed on May 16th, I can find the AEM completed info in two different FCA web sites, these folks are helpless, I sent them a link to where they could look it up on THEIR OWN settlement eligibility web site.

Please disregard the email requesting you to have the AEM completed, that is a automatically generated email sent when the system shows the AEM modification not updated. The dealership that completed the AEM modification is responsible for putting the update in the system.

Thank you

Similar thing happened to me today. On 8/27 was sent Claim Acceptance & Release Forms which I signed notarized and returned the same day. I get another e-mail on 9/6 saying they didn't have my acceptance letter yet. Sent it again and called my case manager. Was told there has been a problem with system stripping off PDF attachments and she suggested I try taking a picture of it and send it that way, which I did. Resent it on 9/6, 9/8, and 9/12. On 9/16 get another letter saying they still don't have my release. Resent it and again on 9/17. On 9/19 called my case manager who told me that she had everything and my check would be sent in 4-6 weeks. No sooner do I get off the phone with her and I get another e-mail telling me "Fiat Chrysler has received your completed offer package and release for your settlement claim submission for your 2015 RAM 1500 SLT CREW CAB 4X4 3.0L EcoDiesel.” However, “Our records show that you have not yet completed the Approved Emissions Modification on your vehicle.” I had completed the recall on 6/15/2019 and had been previously told by the settlement hotline people that they had that information. I then went over to the claims tracking website and sure enough, there is a big red "X" in front of "Approved Emissions Modifications Installed." That item hadn't even shown up until now. I tried calling my case manager back and was put on hold for 2 hours & 41 minutes, being repeatedly told she was on the phone with another customer. Was finally told that either she or her supervisor would call me back tonight. All I need to know is that the AEM e-mail and claims tracking page are wrong and my claim is complete. I've been working this since 5/16/2019...

If one of the things you want to know for sure is if your AEM is completed info is in FCAs system surprisingly that information can be found (it updates) on the FCA site where you look Up Whether a Vehicle is Eligible for the Approved Emissions Modification. Just enter your VIN and it shows if AEM is completed and if AEM extended warranty has been applied. https://www.mopar.com/en-us/my-vehicle/recalls/eco-diesel-warranty.html#ecodiesel-search-submit

I too have had not ONE THING move forward in this whole process.
They have received my settlement claim submission , and have yet to determine if I am eligible to receive compensation.

FCA does not respond to emails , and everytime I call them they hang up on me as soon as I ask them why I am supposed to ignore the website instructions , and just take it in for the AEM prior to receiving a offer package.. I have been recording these calls.

Funny though .. They instantly know I applied for the Compensation , and can see exactly what steps I have done so far within a min of talking to them.. yet they can not process this info they can immediately share,, for at least 3 months.. Makes perfect sense:confused:

They then tell me to ignore the website , and just take truck in for AEM.

I explain to them I want a guarantee I will still receive compensation if I do that ahead of being offered the compensation package..

They immediately hang up on me...

happened several times now over the last few months. I have recorded every call I believe.
They NEVER respond to email , even though it states they will..
