So this may be a dumb question. Does the 2019 cummins have a MAP sensor? If so where is it located? I cant seem to find anything past 2018.

Yes it has a map sensor should be right in the intake manifold plate.

My 2017 had a pretty filthy map sensor at 100,000km but it was still functioning fine.
If they are like the 2018 and older, its on the back top of the I take horn and uses a single torx to hold it in. There is an o ring so you have to wiggle it out.
