They're Idiots..... Service manager was hired a week after my truck got there. I've since been told by multiple people, they are horrible.... But I'm kinda stuck there now.... I have sent the case for review and it was sent back to me. You will need to file with your state for the lemon law. There is a warranty booklet in the glove box with the information to fill out. Also below I will add the information for the national center for dispute. They maybe able to assist as well.
