What is this?

Just got a notice from CarFax that on 2/19/21 Recall #W91 was issued on my truck. All of the normal places don't show it. Might be an old one that I have already fixed?

This third party notifications are hit and miss when detailing an actual recall. You see it more frequently on autocheck and carfax reports i've seen some reports showing an open recall despite the repair already having been done or outdated notifications my best guess is the reporting just pre-populates direct from the vin more from a reporting aspect.
