Hello All,
I just bought a 2015 Outdoorsman ED w/ 45k. I plan to install a few upgrades immediately.
-SFT Combo Tune W/ EGR Delete Program.
-3.5" Filter Back, Single Side Exit T409
Here in Cleveland, Ohio the surrounding counties require emissions testing. With that being said, there are Emission Self-Serve Stations that only require OBDII testing that you can self perform. Now I understand with the SFT Tune I would be able to place the truck back into stock when I need to complete the emissions testing. My only concern is if I delete the exhaust will this throw a code once I program the truck back to the stock ECU and cause me to fail my testing? Will this throw DEF/DPF error codes? If anyone has any information on this that would be greatly appreciated! I'm not to keen on removing and reinstalling the aftermarket exhaust every 2 years for testing..
Thanks!
