I had to swap out my GDE ECM for the factory ECM (long story) and when I hit the key for the first time I got a "Service Electronic Braking System" message on the DIC. I have since reinstalled the GDE ECM and the message is still there.
Does anyone have some insight on what would cause this? Will it clear after a while? Will disconnecting the battery reset it? I tried using the Edge CTS to clear codes but it says no codes found. Trying to avoid a trip to the dealer if possible. Thanks.
