Recently just installed these LED side marker lights by myself. LED bulbs draw such little amperage that it is possible to run these lights off any other circuit without blowing fuses or overheating wires. I like the fact it is a sealed unit. Overall, it is an improvement on my car which did not have any side markers for turning. It took me 30 minutes per side including drilling and running wires, and soldering. Quite fit on my Ram. Came out pretty good. Bright and should last a long time.

Looks like a nice clean install, though I agree with others that drilling holes like that is just asking for rust, unless you clean up the holes and prep them well before putting the light on. It also looks like you have a really nice clean 2nd gen truck. Whatever you're doing to keep it on the road, keep it up; you don't see many 2nd gens like that anymore
