For those of us that live in the "SALT" states, here are a few things that will make life easier down the road.

1) Put a drop of lube on every door hinge and pivot
2) Lower the spare fully and put some grease on the cable as it is dry from the factory. The gear is actually well lubed from the factory.
3) Put a dab of anti seize on every lug nut stud (22MM now)
4) Also, if you have alloy wheels, put some anti seize on the wheel where it contacts the hub when you do your first tire rotation. It helps to prevent the galvanic process.
5) Relube the tailgate pivots.

Just checking the lug nut torque after 500 miles might be important.
