Transmission oil change temperature

I recommend you search this forum for detailed instructions for the ZF transmission oil change process. Several members have developed tools and tips to make the job easier. The oil temperature can't be too hot or too cold to get an accurate reading on the proper level. The oil fill plug is very close to the catalytic converter, etc.
