Wiper blades

My wiper blades typically last me 3-5 years. The stock ones on the truck are finally coming apart after 2.5 years and 3 winters. I need to pick some up to have handy if necessary but I'm not going to bother to put them on until after summer, if weather permits.
What are decent blades for this truck, without spending $50 on darn blades?

Seems to me you have had a lot of success with the factory blades so far.
Perhaps another pair would be in order...

Hah, except they always seemed streaky since new, I didn't like them. It's been a few years since I bought blades and shocked at the cost of them

My factory blades were shot in a year here in the no rain Southern Calif. Never was really satisfied with them. Replaced with Bosch and now very satisfied. Now need to see how long they last.

I was looking at the Latitude today, the ones you mention without the "water repellency"...seem reasonably priced...O'reilly will price match for me and I have a $10 coupon in my email inbox from them.
First I've heard needing a different one for passenger side with Bosch - what gives? For example the RainX ones are just a 22" for both sides...what's special about the Bosch?

just changed to goodyear blades from Costco. $7.99 apiece and when I bought them had $3.00 off each :)
I was just at Costco and skipped over them (the sale ends today). I was going to get them earlier this week until I read a few reviews online and they don't seem worth it. $10 for a pair is good, but if they perform worse than the stock ones then I'd rather spend more on something reasonably better.

On previous vehicles ive always found cheap single blades to work the best, but this truck has proven to be be different, I’m beginning to wonder if my drivers spring is weak or something else is off. Ive tried multiple different wiper blades and all are great on the passenger side but horrible on the drivers side, some worse than others.

Also being in So Cal, those Costco Goodyears work great at the price. The latest version is called a Hybrid and works better than the last which was single tension piece. New version went back to the multiple metal tong-tension pieces that distribute the pressure evenly. Old design worked best in this instance.

Bosch Icons. The only way to go, IMHO.

Thanks all. I ended up with ICONs 22A and 22B. Got the O'Reilly in Paradise, CA to price match Wal-Mart pricing online and ended up out the door $33.82. I had a coupon but it wouldn't work with the price match but getting good blades for $30 was better than $50.
The OEM ones are coming apart but still functioning so hope they can make it through the last few storms of the winter. The Icons are secured in the toolbox if I need them, no sense in putting them on when the weather is warming up

It seems to me that the biggest problems with wiper blades nowadays are due to the crap that a typical carwash sprays on the vehicle. I find that a plain wash is fine but once all the protectants and wax etc is included the wipers work way worse.

Try a good cleaning of the windshield with your favorite product and then get a wash only or avoid the carwash and see if it works any better. For me it does.

As of 12/19/2021, I found the Icons on Amazon for these prices:

22A - $21.86
22B - $19.50

x7 ICONs...seem immune to acidic love bug guts down here. If you are unfamiliar with 'Love Bugs' they fuse together while mating...and die happy on grills and windshields as they splat in Florida. 😂😘🤣

The factory wiper blades only lasted for about a year on my 2015 RAM. I just installed my second set of RainEx blades. The first ones lasted for nearly four years. $20 for two from Amazon.com
