Hi. I have a 2014 ecodiesel with an 8 speed transmission with 370,000km (230,000 miles) that has never had the fluid changed. It has not been used for towing and I'm not a hot shot. My question is will it cause more harm than good changing the fluid at this point? Or will it be beneficial? I have no plans of getting rid of it as it has been a good truck. Just looking at extending its life. Thanks.
