If their is a spec for their fuel return as referenced above or that they are diluting the oil I think there is plenty case to be made. Seems many have had success contacting the attorneys that ramrodded the AEM…

If nothing else keep record of the issue and costs to fix. If you are still under the extended warranty from the AEM you may get reimbursed. Seems as though some have had good results by contacting the law firm that handled the AEM.

My ship already sailed and shortly after I got the cel for the swirl valves. I’m still driving it as is no issues so far. I’ll probably pull the intake sometime but as long as it runs I can block that little yellow engine out of my head for the $3000+ I was quoted to replace the intake and turbo coolant hose.

No, that's what I've been using and they (GDE) said it may not be the best choice and to try Rotella T6 5W40.

Dang maybe I should've been a diesel mechanic. Have you tried to find any good independent shops around that will work on an EcoD?
The dealer wanted more. I think I may give it a whirl on my own just finding the time.

Can’t say it’s a problem or not but think the thermostat in my 2015 has lost a little in 163,000 miles and 10 years. It runs cooler water oil and trans temps then it use to unless I’m towing them it’s pretty normal still.
