On my ram 1500 2022 I have the high pressure fuel pump recall. I have been waiting for four months for the dealer to get one. Ram owners website says they’re in stock. Anyone else having this issue? Is this the norm?
If you posted a picture of your dealer service invoice, then it probably was you. That may have been me. I brought the truck in for that reason and they updated the software. Still stock tune and I'm very happy with it.
Let us know how it goes!Well I will be getting my new HPFP on Monday. I guess it will get broken in because I leave friday for a 1250 mile trip... (not towing)
I did!! Did it help??If you posted a picture of your dealer service invoice, then it probably was you.![]()

Did posting your service invoice help? Yes, had I written down the TSB from the invoice and recorded it in a place where I could later find it. I looked and looked and couldn't find where it was filed away! I think I lost it when I merged two OneDrive files.I did!! Did it help??
I tried looking at my history and it doesn't go back that far. I'll try and remember to post it again...Did posting your service invoice help? For what it's worth, did you take your truck to the dealer and explain the issue?? That's all I did and he said that there was an updated program and they installed it.

Its a different update but that could be due to the different model years involved
Just dropped off mine at Janesville CDJR for the recall work, I also asked about having TSB# 18-031-23 done.Hi everyone! If anyone is facing concerns with the HPFP recall or would like assistance while your vehicle is being serviced, our team would be happy to see where we may assist. Just send us a message with your VIN and the dealership you're working with for further handling. Thanks!

I just had mine done yesterday . Now they need to find the coolant lose .Just picked it up an hour ago and drove it home 30 miles, new pump went in without issue. They also performed a software update to address the drivability issue. So far, so good.
