Pedal Sensitivity

I was wondering if anyone has noticed that the gas peddle has a small dead space before it actually kicks in. I feel like if I light press the pedal, like if I'm creeping along in traffic, that it takes about 1/8" or so before the truck responds and then it almost jerks to get going. I've only noticed it if I'm trying to very gently depress the gas pedal. Anyone else notice this?

I just saw another post relating to a new PCM and TCM flash. Looks like they are addressing this issue. Sorry for a duplicate post. Either I can't work a search engine or the one used on this site is terrible. Thanks!

Yes! I get this all the time. Especially when you're sitting in a dead lane and want to switch over and gotta do it sorta quick, it lags so much. I've learned to try to not do that anymore as I don't want to mess the truck up or cause/get into an accident.

Maybe this is another reason to have the 3.92. I really don't see this issue. I feel a slight dead spot when accelerating from a complete stop, otherwise the power is always there. Maybe I have a heavy foot....:)
